When asked to craft a reimagining of a favorite forest teeming with wildlife, I jumped at the chance to include some otherworldly colors and dreamland-inspired additions. The papers selected for this work were intentionally themed for the client’s preferred places and bring together the real-life personal with the hyperreal of a landscape blanketed with magic and treasure.Each Dolan Geiman collage is crafted from hand-cut vintage papers sourced over decades of exploration and careful categorizing, held dearly until the perfect piece arrives to claim their colors and texture.
