Oil Pump Priming Adapter Kit for LS Engines

• Allows for proper engine pre-lubbing, preventing dry starts after engine services
• For use on all Chevrolet GM, LS series engines
• Compatible with: LS1, LS2, LS3, LSX, 4.2L, 4.3L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L
• Stainless steel
• Includes: 1x M16x1.5 hex plug, 1x washer, 1x barbed hose fitting, 1x hose clamp (garden sprayer is NOT included)
• Threaded design with a male M16-1.5 and female 1/8″ NPT

Easy instructions:

1. Remove oil galley plugs on the left, lower and front corners of the engine block
2. Screw the adapter plug in, then the barbed hose fitting into the adapter
3. Install the garden sprayer hose onto the hose barb fitting and tighten the hose clamp
4. Fill the garden sprayer with oil and pressurize the tank
5. Rotate the crankshaft slowly as oil feeds into the system
6. Keep the tank pressurized and continue to rotate the crankshaft until oil can be seen coming out of all 16 pushrods

This process can take 15-30 minutes to get oil to the top of the engine on all pushrods. 

Note: Garden sprayer tank is NOT included
