Urban Outfitters–Inspired Art Collection

Description

In 2012, Urban Outfitters partnered with Dolan on two wall art collections. Dolan’s hip and light-hearted style was a perfect match for the popular clothing and homewares brand. The first collection, a mini version of our popular leather whale sculpture, appeared in their spring catalog. Later, Urban Outfitters commissioned Dolan to create three city themed pennants–San Francisco, Boston, and New York specifically– as part of his Wooden Pennants collection. A throwback to the vintage felt pennant, the wooden pennants included hand-lettering and iconic imagery from each city.
